The author's view point is some what agreeable for discussion and yes, to the extent I have been participating in the brain stroming sessions, only a few would be throwing in relevant ideas and the others might remain spectators or may throw in irrelevant ideas. However, given that the brain storming session is just to bring out as many ideas, whether relevant or irrelevant, feasible or not, expensive or inexpensive and there should be further round of elimination where all the constraints like relevance, cost and feasibility would be considered.
